Thursday was five years since Saint Cloud by Katie Waxahatchfield. Now, I wouldn’t normally consider five years to be long enough to be notable, but I’ll make an exception for that record. 20 years since the debut album from Field Music. Anniversary dates announced earlier this week.
…and I still haven’t seen them live.
Have just finished listening to Like Water… for the first time in a while. So warm and funky - it’s a great mood lifting album.
20th anniversary of ‘Illinois’ this year too.
