American Football (band)

Proper tour announced. 30 quid for a midweek Brudenell trip but I don’t care, I’m going.

Looks like the tickets go on sale Friday

Good band

Tried to find the venue for London and nope, it’s THE Finbury Park, supporting The 1975.

The matinee show at the brudenell a few years back was one of my favourite ever Brudenell shows. Just a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Said in the emo thread but really wouldn’t be surprised if they announced a London headline a little later on, the 1975 gig sold out instantly and they have two free days.

Ah nice, thanks for the info. Will keep an eye out

What’s the Brighton venue like? Decent place to see a band?

Get yer trumpets out

Mike and Nate have a side project with an album out at the end of the month, btw.

Reckon this will be the first UK tour I don’t see them on, unless they do a London headliner somewhere.

Seen a few band there in the past (Low, Why?, some Great Escape shows). It’s not the best Brighton venue, big rectangular room with elevated stage, but sound is very good iirc

Sorry this is probably my fault for starting this thread because I cba going through that one

Out of 1500!

1500 posts and the one thread you make is on the dullest band mentioned in there

Oh I actually enjoy to listen to American Football (band)

Finsbury Park supporting The 1975?!

It’s a no from me

It’s really great to see them making use of the offseason like this. hopefully the new draft picks will really come to the fore and grab their chance to make an impression at the exhibition matches.

This is exciting. I’m glad, glancing at the singles that they didn’t make this an AF album but it’s a cool and interesting, something different from another Owen album too.

Ah amazing

It’s good yeah. Been there quite a few times.
