I see that this issue is discussed in this reply , but since it’s an ongoing problem, I think it’s worthy of its own thread.
You cannot change your votes in polls with a large number of options after you have submitted them for the first time. Here is an example where that is happening .
Steps to reproduce (reproduced on mobile (Android) & desktop (Mac, Firefox & Chrome):
Vote in an existing poll.
Click the “< Vote” button to change your vote.
Instead of reopening the poll options, you are redirected to a different part of the thread.
The result is that you cannot change your voting options after making them. There is no workaround that I’m aware of.
I’m not sure if this is a Javascript error, a theme / component compatibility error after the update, the poll plugin JS not matching the current Discourse core version, or cached/stale assets after upgrade but it’s consistently happening for multiple people.
I’ve checked the Discourse boards , and can’t see anything similar, so I wonder if this is something about the way these boards are specifically setup.
When I click the < Vote button, I don’t see anything captured in the Network tab nor any errors in the console.

OK, weirdly these all are working fine for me here.
I wonder if it has anything to do with other people also voting in the polls, I’ll try again once there are more voters.
The 40 vote one blocks it got me. Clicking vote just does nothing. The others work though.

It doesn’t work for me anymore either, but it was working for me shortly after creating the poll.

I’m going to recreate the poll with the books in again, to make sure that I wasn’t just imagining the fact that shortly after creating it, I could edit my responses, but then within 5 minutes could no longer do so.

It’s currently working fine for me, I’ve updated my votes multiple times

and now I can no longer edit my vote.
Some things which happened in the 4 minutes where I could edit my vote, so likely won’t have an impact on the problem:
Someone else had also voted.
I undid my vote.
I changed my votes multiple times.
Worth adding for me going back to the vote always works fine on desktop (Chrome on both Windows and IOS) but specifically does not work on Chrome on an Android phone for large multi-choice polls.

I cannot edit my vote options on Chrome or Firefox on macOS, interesting.
I am on mobile Android Chrome mostly and it’s not working for me but I just booted up my Win 11 desktop and went on the site in Chrome and I still can’t edit that one.
