watched the long goodbye recently and there’s a bit where elliott gould’s mind is completely blown by chicken kievs. just totally baffled by the concept of garlic butter inside the chicken, how did it get there, why is it so good, etc.
They’re always just fine. Nothing special, fills a hole etc.
Much prefer it the ones with something other than garlic butter in the middle. Had them too much as a kid and now they’re just… eh. Saying that, I probably had more Southern Fried chicken than Kiev’s and I still have them regularly, so…
