Horrendous. Sounds like what happened at Roskilde all over again.
This is awful. It’s something I always struggle to understand as well, it’s terrifying how quickly these situations become fatal
This was streamed on Apple Music. All sounds grim as fuck, wouldn’t suggest going on twitter obviously.
Reading about this (and in particular some of the accounts on IG etc) it makes me feel sick. Sounds like they DOUBLED capacity from 50 to 100k in two years. There are also screengrabs of deleted tweets from Scott himself encouraging people to jump fences, break in, etc.
I’ve no doubt he’d have stopped the show had he known, but there are some harrowing vids of kids who’ve gotten over the front barrier screaming to staff to stop the show and being shouted down/booed.
Also Scott has so much form - multiple arrests for inciting riots etc - pretty much that whole Netflix documentary was a celebration of this behaviour.
I feel huge sympathy for any artist who has people die at their show, but it’s no coincidence imo that this happened at one of his.
Edit: this was the account I saw. There’s also a vid of her screaming at the camera, trying to get them to stop the show and being ignored.

It’s making me more and more angry. No one should die at a concert.
That is a powerful, upsetting read. Fuck
Yep - never read anything like it. Kids who wanted to enjoy a concert - completely heart breaking.
Yeah saw that earlier think she is the person that is shouting at the cameraman on a video I’ve seen.
Seems like there is quite a bit of “this was always going with Travis Scott” by some people. Apparently Rage Culture which I didn’t know was a thing until this morning.
fucking hell. absolutely fuck everyone responsible for that situation.
