I think it always depends who the players are though. I’d always just want the players most capable of beating the others on a given night, rather than just steadily decent, and you can end up with those coming from any category. Tournament winners I suppose are the ideal, as long as they’ve properly won it, and not just had everyone fall around them.
Essentially: Someone who sometimes averages 90, sometimes 105 > someone who always averages 98, for me. Especially in the premier league, which often falls into feeling like the same thing repeated.
never been before, always comes up when people at work suggest going somewhere but Bounce usually wins and/or Flight Club is booked up. need to put that right!
I went a couple of weeks ago with a big group from work. They let us start about an hour early and everyone seemed to enjoy it. The only complaint was their darts are pretty light.
they’re proper boards but I saw a review somewhere saying that if you want to use your own darts they’ll tell you that their electronic system only works with their darts. apparently if you complain enough they’ll let you use your own darts but without the electronic scoring and games. your area is always well separated so the other people in the bar aren’t an issue, but if you actually play darts, Flight Club is a waste of time and money. fun enough in a work group like I did though.
