Damn, knew I should have voted. Ah well.

Saying that, I would have almost definitely have forgotten it and just voted for Die Hard and Home Alone anyway.

Fingers crossed for Prometheus breaking the top 25!!

Looked Tim Curry up a couple of days ago - had a massive stroke in 2012 that required brain surgery and still can’t walk to this day :frowning:

@Petagno explain yourself

prefer the Fassbender remake

Cannot watch this style of animation - makes me feel unwell.

That said…

Lovely stuff. Used to watch this every Christmas afternoon with my grandma while everyone else got the dinner ready or whatever. Pretty brutal ending too.

The snowman makes me feel weird. Not sure why. Probably scared me as a kid or something

The same director also did Granpa which I can’t think about too much because it’ll make me weep

Apparently there was a family Christmas when I was about 4 or 5 and me and my cousin were were raising absolute HELL, properly doing everyone’s heads in. So someone put the Snowman on and we both ended up eyes glued to the screen and didn’t make a sound for the duration. Gave everyone some much needed peace.

So it’s a 5.

Not technically a Christmas film, but more feel-good Raymond Briggs here too:
