Donut Seam tops Bright Future for me, as much like American Pie it do be sounding at times, magical tune.

I saw Night Tapes as part of a 1-dayer earlier in the year and it was a weird vibe. Like, the lead singer is clearly a brilliant glossy pop star and the rest of the band sort of slightly resent that and want to be a Proper Serious Haircuts moody shoegaze outfit? They were super polished and had good songs but man the mood was weird.
