Films you refuse to watch

Any of the Zack Snyder DC films, saw Superman and it was atrocious and that was enough. Feel like there’s a lot of discourse around his other ones but I wish there wasn’t, I want to never see them or have to think about them.

Wouldn’t refuse to watch them if someone really wanted to watch one but would never choose to watch another star wars or MCU. Seen supposedly the best one of both and they’re shite. Not doing any more.

Most musicals also

Loving the video, the clunk, and the Ronseal title of it. Great stuff.

Avatar - I’ve never seen this, as soon as I found out the rare mineral they were mining was called “unobtanium” I was out.

Hellraiser. Not because I think it would be bad but because I’m a big old shitebag.

I watched it on a flight to New York. It was possibly better than staring at the back of the plane seat.

Definitely never watching The Tree of Life, or from looking at his filmography, any other recent Terrence Mallick film – life’s far too short for any of that nonsense.

It’d take a lot to get me to watch another Richard Curtis I reckon.

Sorry!

Oh any of the Fasts and Furiouses that I haven’t already seen. They’re very badly made films.

Really cheaply made stuff make me feel really uneasy, its almost a bit of a phobia.stuff like Sharknado , Birdemic where it looks so fake really do not sit right with me. Always assumed Hellraiser was like this

One of the best films of the century for me Clive

Any of the new Star Warses, nobody’s got time for that. Harry Potter films, the other spinoff Potter films too. Any Marvel films.
Anything that’s just a big waste of time.

I don’t get the impression you want to be convinced but ET is genuinely an extraordinary and beautiful film IMO. As much as I like the Goonies and Back to the Future they are not the same “sort of thing”

But there’s no point if you’ve already decided
