Microsoft have reduced Outerworlds 2 reduced ahead of launch. No longer $80 now $70. So i guess £60 in the UK. Refunding preorders after the price change
Either obsidian managed to persuade them to drop the price [they publically stated they dont set the price so that probs implied they werent happy] or ps5/pc preorders were well below expectations. Either way a small win for Obsidian as it didnt read as an $80 game.
This is shortly after 2k did the same with Borderlands 4 - so hppefully it wont be the universal standard price for AAA games for a little while at least.

Apparently its a survival game heavily inspired by Half Life
If they’d just applied it to CoD and maybe something like Indy to start with they’d have probably have got away with it. Trying to push AA games to $80 before normalising it was daft.
GT7 down to €40 on PS5. Time to ruin my life.

don’t really know much about the game other than this atm
I was on the fence about waiting to see if there is a UK one as well but then I remembered that I missed out on the Disco Elysium vinyl (both original and repressing) and I am still gutted about that so I decided to bite the bullet and get this despite the delivery costs.
The soundtrack is fantastic and use brilliantly throughout the game. You are in for a treat when you do start playing this, it’s definitely one of the games of the year.
How many vinyls are needed for 80GB?
