Well any suggestions I had were delayed so I’m going to borrow some of the ones from Bandcamp’s suggestions that I liked:-

Perfect Angel at Heaven - EP - Alt Rock
A bit Strokes, a bit Suede, a bit Smiths; in my head all guitar led music sounds like this so its nice hearing it from my speakers instead.

Beer Breakfast Dungeness Crab - S/T - LP - Punk Rock
“Ripping leads, non-stop riff’s, fuzzed out tube amps, and irreverent lyrics make BBDC a truly one of a kind band.” Not sure how unique they are but they are alright, fun rock.

Wreckage - Our Time

Heavy 80s influenced metal . 7 tracks in 10mins, so an EP I suppose. Fun

Came out on 1/1/23, but I’m chucking it in here

Nicole Dollanganger - Married In Mount Airy
This is quite nice, with lovely dreamy ethereally vocals.

Gumshoes - Dreadnought, Dreadnought
Bedroom indie pop, I liked, but maybe a whole album is a bit too much for me. FFO nasal singers like Destroyer/Darren Hayman/Mountain Goats

Listened to both of these back to back as they both sounded like my jam and I’ve enjoyed them both, probably enjoyed Wreckage a bit more but chiefly I felt like they were both displaying a lot of what makes me keep coming back to Offspring’s classic album ‘Smash’. Lovely

Jade Cicada - Pressure Gamut

Sort of glitchy electro trip hop. Came out on New Year’s Day.

Allan Epley - Everything

Chicago singer-songwriter debut album. Epley formerly from the bands Shiner and The Life and Times in the 90s and early 2000s. Kind of 70s-esque fuzzy ballads, I wanna say soft rock but without the pejorative connotations of that.

Gumshoes - Dreadnought, Dreadnought

Folky indie pop from Birmingham (UK). “An album about a great big sea monster that’s coming to get you.”

Oooh nice, didn’t know Epley had solo stuff in the works. I love love loooove Shiner.

Shiner are yet another gap in my musical knowledge. I’m having a listen now and enjoying their stuff.

I see @paulo13 already posted the Gumshoes one, sorry for the repetition. Concur with your review - I made it about halfway through then I was ready to move on.
