Hello! Let’s find out who DiS considers worthy of a 5 or a 1 or whatever. Hot takes welcome, obviously. We’ll be following the same format as the TV vote, so you all know the drill.
Let’s get straight into it with one of the big hitters

One of the greatest recording artists there has ever been. Just the sheer scope of genres, styles etc is staggering really, especially for the time. I’ve never gone really deep though, obviously there are albums I know and love but I’ve never delved 100% into everything. And obviously there is an amount of dross, especially around the 80s I guess, but still a 5 for me.

That is one hot take Bam. And I have to do some work for a bit, so well timed! You’re wrong, by the way.

not at all, obviously production choices changed cos the 80s but I don’t think the way he thought about songs or the type of songs he made or the boogiewoogie rhythm changed much. sound and vision might as well be on ziggy stardust

B+ is a high score, everyone!

Nothing wrong with a B+

obviously I’m just talking about his music and not how good he was at being famous

#17

Space Oddity, Modern Love and Lazarus might as well be condensed into a 3 parter.

hi @Funkhouser could you make it so we can see the poll results now rather than when it’s closed? it’s quite annoying
