Lol. Turns out there were four tomatoes, and one of them had gone off. Chucked the rest in a curry.
I’ve been tempted by more than one recipe shared in thread though, so whenever I do have an actual bunch of tomatoes I’ll be sure to come back here.

Cut them in half and roast those babies with olive oil and salt
Bake a bread
Buy a burrata
Drape the tomatoes and tomatoey oil over the bread and top with the burrata and some fresh basil
This is a very disappointing conclusion to a thread that, with hindsight, I was overinvested in.

Panzanella or theres a nice harissa, aubergine thing in the GRT book. Can’t find the recipe online for that though.
