We are loyal Jet2 holiday customers. Think we’ve used them for our last 12 package holidays. Brilliant customer service, brilliant with kids. Never had a bad experience with them (hope this doesn’t jinx it).

My only Jet2 experience was when they moved my flight forwards 8 and a half hours so my leisurely 2:30pm departure became a hellish 6am one.

I like that when you book with them you know what you are getting. The price includes all your luggage and transfers and stuff (I see they charge seat allocation hmm) but you don’t half pay for it
If you can be bothered finding all the exact same bits yourself it’s usually a fair bit cheaper

One hungover flight with them was enough for me. It was awful. I would’ve thought crew would get to the point of completely blocking it out, like supermarket staff must do with self service phrases.

One of the hot tubs on the hen do had two jet settings. Jet 2 had an absolutely biblical amount of spray, literally it sprayed about 10 metres, like an elephant blowing its load. We spent last night setting off Jet 2 and shouting “NOTHING BEATS A JET 2 HOLIDAY” as unsuspecting members of our group in the vicinity got drenched
