Haven’t dug out my CD in ages, from memory I thought Buggin’ was in the middle somewhere but looks like it is at the end actually - I’d consider everything after Sleeping on the Roof to be a bonus track (particularly as two of them are remixes of previous album tracks) but I’d forgotten there’s no other version of Buggin’ on the album beforehand

I think I’d conflated winkle pickers and teddy boys and assumed that’s what the Arctic Monkeys song was about, but a teddy picker is a claw machine in an arcade.

I’m having a bit of a Kylie moment and was listening to this in the kitchen while cooking tea:
Firstly, had forgotten how good this music video is. And then had a moment where I realised, oh the “I need your love / like night needs morning” is an interpolation of the “I need your loving / like the sunshine” in Everyone’s Gotta Learn Sometime (which I only know from the Beck cover).
But then I googled it and it’s not mentioned anywhere, so maybe it’s not… The similarity of the lyrics and the vocal line really stand out to me though

That Beck cover was for Eternal Sunshine which was directed by Michel Gondry who also directed this video…
