Solo: A Star Wars Story

That’s not an insult, big Dennis Quaid fan right here! The Big Easy, DOA, Innerspace, Enemy Mine, he was on a roll for a while there.

Took me about half the film to work out who he reminded me of, it’s the Quaidmeister!

Yeah, and then Chewie chips in and Han’s all like “Rounding down, buddy.” Right shyster he is

Probably not gonna go see it (still haven’t seen TLJ), but Empire magazine’s spoiler podcast came out this morning. That’ll do me.

Think their spoiler specials make me see less films, tbh.

Fewer

You mean it hasn’t caught you in its tractor beam yet? It’ll be out the cinemas soon…

“He’s not even appreciated in his own time.”

Christ is that one of the comments?

This is my main issue with a lot of these movies in general. Phantom Menace going back to explain what Midichlorians are when we don’t really need to know. Make a film franchise out of the space jockey that the Nostromo crew discover. “We’re out of ideas so lets just go and make some money out of these vague points from classic, well loved films”

Prequels are bad. Can anyone name a single good prequel? (Rogue One was not bad tbf)

Godfather 2 is half prequel/ half sequel and is good.

Temple of Doom is a prequel and good (but not as good as the only other 2 Indiana Jones films that exist in the world)

Obviously forgotten about Prometheus.

Is Batman Begins a prequel or a reboot?

Apparently Mallrats takes place 1 day before Clerks and I’m kinda fond of Mallrats.

Don’t really know what that means mate

Are we going to get weekly updates…?
