Humanhood is a stunner. Just wow. There’s so much surrender here, the way Tamara will drop her voice below a whisper and let the band swell over her, give the whole ensemble the space to breathe. And what a band! Winds, electronics, pops of fiddle and banjo bubbling through, everyone’s really listening and you can feel the care they’re putting into every statement. I’m falling hard for this one.

God, I’m going to have to listen to this now right now, huh. (Neon Signs was really good but I haven’t heard any of the rest of the album yet)
After a couple listens reckon it’s stronger than the last album whilst not hitting the heights of the debut. Lovely album.
You reckon All of it Was Mine is her strongest? I’ll have to give it some more spins, I’ve always favored Loyalty and the s/t.

Really bloody good this. Not got round to properly checking out previous albums / they’d passed me by a bit (and I didn’t realise they’d be going quite so long) but decided to give this a go based on what I’d read and yeh, really excellent - basically what @uns_nd says above as I won’t describe it better than that!
fwiw I Tried To Tell You is one of my favourite songs of the past decade, Ignorance in general is just
