Urgh, awful night’s sleep. Was awake from 1-4am, with a terrifying lucid dream slammed in the middle for about 5 mins. Eldest kiddo kept calling me into her room and wanted socks putting on! Ridiculous. Baby didn’t want to burped either, so was unsettled as well, think he dropped off at 4:30ish, got no idea. Day off tomorrow, roll on the weekend.
My office is so so warm.
This weather would have been welcome say 3 or 4 weeks ago when it would have been useful.

Really struggling to get any work done in this heat, just properly draining. Glad it’s coincided with a quiet period at work, bloody well hope it stops before things get busy in a week or so.
Got a can of grapefruit Schofferhoffer in the fridge, think I’m going to smash that as soon as I finish work and do the nursery pick up.
Think I just farted loud enough to be heard on Dr Mrs Epimer’s call, two rooms away. There was a telling pause in her cadence. Came out of nowhere, too. Absolutely delighted.

counselling, few work meetings then hopefully our lounge will be finished so i can sort the furniture before going for a nice (hopefully!) Turkish meal in Worcester ahead of my bro-in-law getting married tomorrow. Im hoping its a couple of days light relief!

Last couple of days have simply been ‘hot’. It is seriously humid as well this morning. Fuck off clouds.
Also, too many squirrels. Dogs gonna rip my arm off chasing the cunts one day.

That the Anatolian Palace or the newish one down by the river? Been to the Anatolian one a few times and it’s good, pretty sure it’s the same owners for the one that’s opened by the river.
