I like Ulrika Spacek, been a while since new material. Not seen them live, like most bands tbh.

Good band, hadn’t thought about them in ages.

I thought you meant Ulrika Jonsson for a sec there

Astrel K, the main chaps solo project is really good.

wasn’t sure if they were still together

Teasing something on their socials.

Only had a passive listen yesterday, will have to put it on again today on a mini road trip.

Love the new album. Don’t see anything beating it to AOTM for me. Highlights so far…

Last 3 tracks are especially awesome

Love the album too though, didn’t go back to their old stuff very much after the first listen but this one is a good step up

Aye absolutely had to  I’m sure I’ve listened to earlier albums but, echo your thoughts, they didn’t leave as big an impression as this one

Watching this gig and hearing a smattering of Kid A and In Rainbows in some of the tracks I’m not very familiar with

have only listened to the new one once so far and it sounded pretty good, first album is absolutely great though.

second was strong too but toned down the psych/krautrock leanings which was the best thing about the debut. thought the EP they put out after that was pretty underwhelming though.

Will need to do a reappraisal of their previous stuff

I do vaguely recall liking an album before this one cos I always check out their new material… was prob the first then the second maybe didn’t hit the same… dunno

Prob said it before but the astrel k lp (basically a solo project of the main chap) is so good
