New morning - again much like self portrait itā€™s better than i remember. As others have said it definitely takes a dip in the middle but if you took the best tracks from it and self portrait youā€™d have a really fucking good record.

Pat Garret & Billy the Kid - the weakest record to date for me. Yeah knockin on heavens door is really good but the rest is just fine. Nice enough on in the background but as Geesey said i donā€™t my dylan being background music.

He did record a couple of new songs for a Best Of in 1971 (although they were all re-recordings of Basement Tapes songs I think)
