Ran past the venue for this today
Is it still a hospital?
I don’t want to build it up too much in my head
will you fix me up with a ticket
forgot that it had been actually
car park was deserted so I don’t think so
They’re deciding in January what they’re going to do but I imagine option C is most likely
Keith knocked it out of the park there, lovely stuff
Yeah shes already been confirmed and recorded her song.
KEiiNO!!
France’s song is very French. I like it. The selection process was 3 hrs long and with the worst voting process imaginable but they picked the right song
Did Lithuania pick The Roop again? That’s an absolute banger.
The final is this Saturday. Feel a bit bad for The Roop, would have done really well last year but their song this time round is nowhere near as good.
I think it’s awesome, can’t stop listening to it! Daði Freyr has got his work cut out to get to the top of my personal faves.
Oh yeah its not bad by any means but I became a bit obsessed with On Fire.
Eurovision season is getting me through lockdown, I dont usually bother with most of the song selections but this year ![]()
So many bangers, even if Daði would have won by a mile. Curious if people will just vote for him again this year regardless of the new song, given how much Think About Things went viral.
I’m a bit out of the loop on how things are working this year - have all the acts been invited back, or are countries choosing again? I know they have to at least have different songs. Will they have to get through semifinals again?
Any word of if there’ll be a proper show or will it be done remotely or just without a crowd?
theyre choosing again.
they’ve set out criteria for how it will be staged, but not decided on which just yet
A large number of countries have invited 2020’s act to perform again, with a new song, but not all. Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, France, Lithuania, Croatia and a few others are starting again from scratch although in the case for at least Sweden and Lithuania, last year’s acts are competing again. Bit harsh if you ask me but £££££
yes there will be 2 semis as usual
Final decision shortly as Matt says above but I fail to see how it can be anything other than option D at this point. They did it for Junior Eurovision in November and it worked quite well. It will be weird, but at least there’s a full contest to look forward to regardless. I’m just a bit gutted as I got tickets for the final and both semis for the first time ever. Oh well, they were expensive so will put the cash away for 2022 I guess (
)
looks like a fair few countries have the acts but not the songs.
some are doing the usual competitions
