scrubs is equally as funny as parks and rec/30 rock.

ie: ‘often quite funny. Sometimes terrible’

I think Scrubs suffers from a mid-2000s (need to fact check my dates) tendency towards “wacky” characterisation. Unfortunately, that’s all I remember, so I’ve forgotten if the jokes were decent.
