still no movement on mine - the internet seems to think that if one item is out of stock (none of mine said they were when ordering) then they hold your whole order until they can source the items but don’t actually update or tell you anything.
Some people say they waited months
Very annoying as i’d rather cancel an item that’s out of stock than wait months
oh that doesn’t sound great. I just replied to the original email enquiring if everything is ok, if I get a response I’ll let you know.

Didn’t expect this to work but I just nabbed this Nirvana compilation (which I basically only wanted for YKYR, Been A Son and Sliver) for about £11 delivered from Amazon France.
Hit the link, change country when it asks you, add to basket, confirm address and boom.
I’m giving them til Friday to either update or respond to email and if not I’ll see if bank can step in to reverse transaction. Annoying.
This was in the auto reply I got, 5 days doesn’t really seem “as soon as possible” to me 
“We’re currently experiencing a high level of contact.
We have your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to reply within five days.”

Hmm, that sounds like another automated email that gets sent on the 5 day mark. Asking if you still need help smacks of “no one’s actually read your original message, hopefully your issue has resolved itself”!
We’ll see if I get one in three days.
