Royal Mail seem to have misplaced a rarewaves False Lankum CD but I contacted them and they were happy to send a new copy out. 
this one arrives.

Not sure if this is a Royal Mail or a Rarewaves issue … I ordered 9 CDs a month ago. 7 arrived (all separately) and I contacted customer service a week ago to chase the other two. CS were very good and said they would dispatch replacements immediately. One arrived the day after but one has still not arrived. Going to give it till next week before chasing again. Seems like a high % loss rate (and I normally don’t have Royal Mail issues).

I’ve had issues with Royal Mail since they moved all parcels being delivered from Bolton rather than the local delivery office. Had to pop off a request to Ochre yesterday because my Rainy Miller x Space Afrika vinyl looks like it’s been in a fight with a large pole.

I’ve ordered a few times with Rarewaves - like them. Quite minimal comms though. I ordered a Newdad record and just sent a gentle email of enquiry after about 10 days - they just refunded my order; I ordered from elsewhere and then it arrived (the Rarewaves copy) about a further 10 days later. I let them know twice to see if they wanted to collect but no reply so currently selling that copy on Ebay.

Anyone ever used this site? They’re selling a Hendrix album my son wants much cheaper than anywhere else.
I’m afraid not - you can get a good copy of band of gypsys second hand of ebay for cheaper though…

I also ordered around the same time (November 22nd) and haven’t heard anything since. Still at “order confirmed” status 
Balls …how annoying. I can only assume an item is out of stock but who knows if they ever deliver with zero updates
