I got the Norman Fucking Rockwell record from Sound of Vinyl turned up within the week. Very weird store owned by UMG isn’t it?

Has anyone had any issues with Rarewaves? They emailed me a week ago to say my order was dispatching… Nothing since.
I also got exactly the same email from Sound of Vinyl today.
I’m not very patient and I’m finding this stressful. Someone remind me to stick to Norman next year.

Rarewaves always takes a couple of week as standard. My theory is they ship from America and then send on from their UK warehouse.
If something doesn’t turn up they will always resend as well.

Having just liaised with rarewaves customer support over a missing delivery out of an order of 7 they suggest waiting 10 business days from dispatch. If it still hasn’t arrived by then they seem very quick to offer refund or resending the order.
