Booked a half day of annual leave yesterday so a plumber could visit the new apartment. When does he turn up? Fucking 08:39 this morning. Perfect.
I also have to go to DPD’s depot ten miles outside the city to pick up my suit pants for the wedding this weekend. Also not ideal.
At least work will be a piece of piss today. Right? RIGHT?

You normally get a nurse who’s taken blood a million times and it’s almost painless. Sometimes you get a GP who doesn’t do it much and just kind of roots around in there until they hit the vein, and that’s a bit unpleasant.

I love that about my job too! I’m being sent on a distance learning course for the next year to learn about local government in Ireland and I’m really excited!

I’m listening to the Anna von Hausswolff album that everyone (EVERYONE) seemed to be listening to ^ there and emailing estate agents/vendors/conveyancing firms etc. Not got out of bed yet.
I’m happy with all of my life decisions today, which is rare.
