I just don’t get @TKC
And you never will!
but also Boards of Canada
Love some related artists, there’s the Scottish link, but never done anything for me
I’m not going to convince you/anyone but the way he self recorded each instrument to make some of the most intuitive mix of folk/pop that sounded somehow original and like a mix of everything before it puts it far, far, far beyond just being weepy.
Previously Parquet Courts but I quite like the latest album that everyone else hated
Whats their name

Cananananaykroyd
What’s this podcast
They took ages to click for me but they did eventually.
I think focusing on the nice short EPs instead of the big sprawling albums helped, got quite into Twoism and then Hi Scores and then took it from there.
I’ll give it a go now it’s getting colder
Don’t Ghostbusters Yet
Some classic tenuous link from me like that
They’ve done U2, REM, started RHCP but realised they were awful so gave up, Talking Heads and jstt started this. The Staind Glass episode is incredible
great tunes
No, that was Eminem
If you hadn’t recommended this podcast you’d say something like ‘imagine listening to something called “u springin Springsteen on my bean?”’
And I’d have to agree
Ooh its a good show though
